Dr Tara Quinn-Cirillo is a HCPC Registered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of The British Psychological society. 

She has over 20 years clinical experience in mental health, neurodivergence, disability and human behaviour. Tara runs her own private Practice in West Sussex and works with adults with a variety of emotional health needs. 

Tara is the Founder and CoDirector of Conversation Starter Project CIC, which is a grassroots community project tackling emotional health issues and loneliness in the community. 

Tara is also the Founder of The Human Animal Welfare Alliance (HAWA) which supports the emotional health of those working in the animal rescue and welfare sector. 

Tara is an is an author and the host of The Adversity Psychologist Podcast. She is also an accomplished broadcaster and media expert globally.

She has a keen interest in the ethics of mental health provision and regulation of mental health practitioners including the dissemination of information via the media and social media. She has been involved in many innovative collaborations with health and wellbeing platforms with the aim of bringing good quality mental health knowledge to the public. 

Her extraneous roles include Specialist advisor for the CQC and Volunteer for the British Red Cross via a collaboration with the British Psychological Society.
