Guest: Serena Hemmings

In this episode I talk to Serena Hemmings about her experience of having a head injury and her work in equine therapy. Serena works with ‘The Therapeutic Tutors’ who focus on the animal-assisted interventions of Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) and canine assisted support. EFL involves interactions with horses to promote personal growth, self-awareness, leadership, and teamwork. The sessions are led by certified practitioners trained in both horsemanship and facilitation. The Therapeutic Tutors also provide Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
