Dr Quinn-Cirillo has undergone additional training in providing consultancy and training to businesses in managing staff wellbeing and interpersonal dynamics.
Dr Quinn-Cirillo is available to provide training and consultancy for businesses & organisations around mental health and wellbeing. This includes workshops, speaking events, consultancy on aspects of workplace wellbeing, and for other organisations including social enterprises & charities.
Dr Quinn-Cirillo has an interest in bringing the principles of psychology to communities and organisations and charities. I work with a number of businesses and organisation’s supporting emotional wellbeing in the workplace. From individual wellbeing talks to bespoke toolkits to longer standing corporate support packages including 1:1 sessions and training

Teaching & Training
Dr Quinn-Cirillo has over 20 years experience in lecturing at Universities. She is currently a guest Lecturer at City University, London. She is an established presenter and trainer. She has also been a guest lecturer for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The University of Surrey, Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at London Metropolitan University and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Salomons Centre.
Dr Quinn-Cirillo has over 20 years experience in teaching and training for academic institutions/care providers/support agencies/health professionals. This has included the following:
- Teaching and Training for healthcare professionals on supporting people with mental health issues.
- Teaching, training and psychological support for staff including managing complex cases such as working with personality issues, self-harm and challenging behaviour.
- Individual/group psychological support for carers/families of people with learning disabilities, including specific conditions such as depression or anxiety.
