- Payment Payment for digital download videos must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Delivery Digital download videos will be available for download immediately after payment has been received.
- Refunds Refunds are available within a 14 day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact Dr Tara Quinn-Cirillo with your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
- Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the digital download videos are owned by Dr Tara Quinn-Cirillo. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital download videos for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Limitation of Liability Dr Tara Quinn-Cirillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of digital download videos.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
